Whispering Pines Residence
Whispering Pines Residence
Voted as the No. 1 golf course in Texas for the past five years, Whispering Pines Golf Club in Trinity, Texas, is constructing a new, high-end private residence and lake house at 1532 Whispering Pines Drive.
The 25,000 sq. ft., 2 ½ story main house will feature a swimming pool with waterfall features. The 1,400 sq. ft. lake house will consist of exterior decks and pavers, a lakeshore bulkhead and a new boat house.
Pieper is working closely with Curtis & Windham Architects and Tellepsen Builders to design and develop engineered electrical drawings to meet the project’s electrical requirements. Careful planning in advance is necessary so that the golf course and landscaping is kept in pristine condition and members are not distracted during construction.
Under the direction of Pieper Project Manager Reno Luxardo, responsibilities include all electrical infrastructure duct banks and coordination with the local utility company to add and relocate primary electrical service. The team will also perform all electrical installation and handle the lighting control system.
