Clear Creek Education Village

United by a central commons area, this unique facility will be the first of its kind in Texas. The 700,000 square-foot village will be home to three schools: the elementary, intermediate and high school.

As key players in its construction, Pieper will put in more than 156,000 man hours by the time the village is complete. It will be equipped with security cameras, smart boards for the classrooms and fire alarms that will alert staff if there’s a problem anywhere on the site, not just in one building. Gilbane Building Company has been contracted for the project. Construction is expected to be complete by May of 2010.
