The Clarewood House

The Clarewood House is a non-profit retirement community that has been serving the greater Houston area since 1963. Pieper and Brookstone Construction Co. have teamed up to take on an extensive, 6 part multiphase renovation to make the retirement community more functional, comfortable and safe for all of its residents. The project is expected to take 24 months to complete all renovations, including a brand new state-of-the-art kitchen and medical wing. In addition to the internal renovations, Pieper will also be installing an extensive landscape lighting system.

"The real challenge of this project is working around the existing facility," said Pieper’s Project Manager for Clarewood House, John Burkhart. "It’s definitely a team effort and we’ll be working hard with Brookstone to make sure everything remains 100% functional and safe for the Clarewood House residents and staff."

Pieper is excited to be working with Brookstone again and looks forward to the months ahead where they will have the opportunity to be a part of the Clarewood Community.
