Projects Overview

City of Houston Central Permitting Center

Pieper professionals love a challenge, and this four-story building is exactly that. Constructed in the early 1900s, the Central Permitting Center is undergoing a complete renovation. Everything from the original columns to the brick is being restored.

The main challenge is installing cable the old-fashioned way, beneath a computer-raised floor. Project Foremen Reggie Comer and Anthony Lara have teamed up with Project Manager Reno Luxardo to install electrical and fire alarm systems, all while maintaining the architectural integrity of the building.
