Pieper steps up its image As you may have noticed, Pieper has a new look! Our new marketing campaign, “Every step of the way,” exemplifies our commitment to our client’s needs from start to finish and beyond. Whether it’s a newly constructed structure or an older model that needs some maintenance, Pieper is a good fit for all your electrical needs. From building a new business to maintaining an existing one, Pieper is with you every step of the way.
Featured project: Clear Creek Education Village United by a central commons area, this unique facility will be the first of its kind in Texas. The 700,000 square-foot village will be home to three schools: the elementary, intermediate and high school. As key players in its construction, Pieper will put in more than 156,000 man hours by the time the village is complete. It will be equipped with security cameras, smart boards for the classrooms and fire alarms that will alert staff if there’s a problem anywhere on the site, not just in one building. Gilbane Building Company has been contracted for the project. Construction is expected to be complete by May of 2010. In the News: Pieper awarded for excellent safety procedures We are proud to announce that our team at Pieper has received the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Houston Excellence in Safety Award. Our safety program was recognized as the best in Houston in the more than 200,000 man hours category. AGC initiated the awards in 1998 to encourage the development of improved safety practices and to recognize leading companies with excellent safety records. The award was accepted by our Electric Safety Director Rene Garza at the AGC's award ceremony. Congrats, team!
